We are experienced bankruptcy lawyers in Phoenix Arizona. Established in November 2010, Perez Law Group, PLLC is of counsel to Bellah & Associates in Glendale, Arizona. We have an additional office located at the Biltmore area in Phoenix (map).
At Perez Law Group, we pride ourselves on knowledgeable and diligent representation of our clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Both Cristina Perez and Meredith Flori have focused their careers on bankruptcy practice and have assisted hundreds of clients in achieving debt relief and brighter financial futures. Additionally, Meredith is working with people in need of legal Adoption representation.

Having worked at other bankruptcy firms before opening Perez Law Group, we knew that filing for bankruptcy can be a difficult decision for many people to make. The process is often stressful and filled with emotion. We want the people who come through the doors of Perez Law Group to feel welcome and well cared for. Our office should be a place free from judgment where our clients can leave their worries in experienced hands.

Cristina Perez earned her B.A. in Political Science and Psychology at Hofstra University, in Hempstead, New York in 2001 and graduated with her Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2007.
Meredith grew up in Phoenix and attended the University of Arizona for college. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Economics and a minor in Political Science in 2004.
